Fall into Focus - 6 weeks $300

Overview

With the change of seasons upon us, we can sometimes lose focus on ourselves. During this six week program you will learn valuable tools for bringing that focus back in, or even creating it for the first time. We will discuss topics such as self care (and what it really means), how to know who and what to listen to when it comes to “getting healthy”, how to figure out what we really mean when we say “I want to get healthy”, and so much more. In addition, you will have the opportunity to meet and build community with other folks looking for the same answers as you.

 

Details

We will meet weekly on Thursdays at 5:30PM PT. Meetings will be 75 minutes to allow for a brief check-in before we start, as well as questions and conversation after the main conversation. While you will get the most benefit from this program by attending live, meetings will be recorded and made available to everyone enrolled. Each week you will walk away with actionable steps and at least one digital take away.

Roots Program - 3 months $600

Overview

In this program we will work together to uncover and define your health goals. Using tools such as motivational interviewing and Brief Action Plans I will guide you as you set specific, realistic goals for yourself to lead you towards your wellness vision. 

 

Details

We will meet initially for a one hour introductory session. This will allow us to get to know one another and lay a foundation for our future sessions. Subsequent sessions will be weekly and last 45 mins. In these weekly sessions, we will explore your goals, work through any challenges you might be facing and cover any additional topics that are bubbling up for you. This is your time to share, reflect, regroup, plan, and be heard. 

Wings Program - 3 months $475

Overview

This program is for those who have completed the Plant Your Roots program and just need a little additional support as they spread their wings and put all the skills they’ve developed into practice. 

 

Details

We will meet for an initial 45 minute session to affirm the place you are currently in and set intentions for the rest of the program. The following 30 minute sessions will occur bi-weekly and provide a space for you to reconnect to and even readjust your goals as you navigate this next step of your journey.

Meal Planning Session - 45 minutes $50

Overview

No matter what your health and wellness goals are, or where you are in your journey, planning meals can feel overwhelming, depleting, and even boring. In this session we will work together to review your current meal planning process (or lack thereof), go over your needs and set up a system that will give you the foundation to easily manage meal planning going forward.

Meal Prepping Session - 45 minutes $50

Overview

Prepping ahead of time for your weekly meals can make a world of difference. While it does take time to set things up initially, it doesn’t have to take all day and the time you can get back makes up for that 10 fold. During this session we will go over your usual weekly eating patterns and devise a plan that will set you up for success. I will share tips and strategies to help you have meals you’re excited to eat right at your fingertips.
